S’PORT creates USA opportunities
The S’PORT is fortunate enough to have opportunities for our u18 players to now apply through our partners for scholarships to continue education and play volleyball in the United States 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

This is a really exciting development with our members securing offers and discounts through a thorough recruitment and selection process on the most suitable partners in the States to work with. USSS was chosen through having established reputations and track records in volleyball.
USSS was developed in 2008 with the aim of helping talented male and female athletes with their placement at American colleges and universities. Since then it has successfully secured over $25 million in sports scholarship awards and sent over 800 athletes to the United States. Every year it receives over 10,000 applications from athletes throughout the World; however, what differentiates them from any other service provider in the World is that it exclusivelely only offers 50 sport-specific places on its recruitment programme each year. So, just 50 in volleyball. Others have been seen to charge fees and there are no guarantees which was unacceptable to the representative from Stockport Volleyball Club’s Committee. This personal approach ensures that every single athlete receives the necessary time and attention needed to help guide them through the process, but also gives them the best possible chance of securing the optimal financial package for their academic and athletic capabilities.

Rebecca Saunders – who played at Loughborough University and Won the National Championship during her time there. She is very well connected within the volleyball world. For example, she is good friends with Alex Porter, who is Head Coach at Essex who we are partnered with as an organisation.
